Scorpios can be in a great mood, or a complete pessimistic mood (hot-tempered as well) However, from what I've noticed, Scorpios don't like too many people!. They tend to pick and choose who they associate with!. Therefore I don't see them being very outgoing!.
Virgos like money and fancy things!. They can be hot-tempered and critical!. However, they are not one for liking many people either!.
I would have to guess a Pisces actually!.
They find it easy to interact with all types of people, can be outspoken at times, but does not care what others think of them!. Are usually in a happy mood, but they have a dark side as well!. They usually like to gamble or spend money!.
