Oh yeah!. Actually, I would not use the word hate though!. For me, it is more like "I'm not pleased with myself" sometimes!.
Edited to add, I'm a sun in Libra, a moon in Capricorn and a Virgo rising!. I can be very criticizing of myself sometimes!. Actually, I think the biggest criticizer of myself is ME!. Only the way I look!. I over analyze and critique every aspect of my physical appearance, compare myself to others, cover up in baggy clothes (because of 5 pounds I want gone!.!.), you name it!. There are too many things I hate about the outer me, but, with an exception of this twisted vanity and my lack of self-worth, I actually like who I am as a person!. I'm polite, a loyal friend, organized, honest, open-minded, dependable (in most cases) and I'd like to think I'm exceptionally smart on a psychological scale!.
But to answer your question, yes, I do indeed hate myself at times!. I wish I could accept who/what I am!. My mind has yet to be convinced that mundane details of my physical appearance aren't something I should punish myself for, nor are they things that I can control!. It's like I'm at war with myself!.!.

I hate myself sometimes when I blow up for trivial reasons!.
I hate myself sometimes when I string someone else along for my own selfish interests!.
I hate myself sometimes when I realize what a penny pincher I am!.
I hate myself sometimes for not being a bit more energetic, forgiving, pro-active, and not reaching out to others!.
I hate myself sometime for eating greasy, sugary foods even though I am supposed to at least maintain my weight!.
I hate myself sometimes for being so traditional that I am missing out on quite a few exciting opportunities!.
I hate myself sometimes for being stuck in a rut, and not being out there and thus depriving myself of the possibility of meeting new interesting people and for seeing life as black and white only!.
Otherwise I am so at peace with my inner and outer self at ALL other times :P
