Coz some people believe you are either one sign or the other!. But either way, if you're born close to a cusp, you're going to have another planet or a few planets in your chart in that sign before/after you!. I don't know what's true but I was born Jan!. 22 and hope I don't have "capricorn sun sign traits"!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
