The first group of people are very social, and cooperative people!. These people like having allies and friends, a system of people behind them!. They want to get along with others and do so in order to get what they want!.

I'll tell you from viewpoint of Mars in Aries, because I have that and I know a lot of people with Mars in Libra!.
I sometimes get frustrated with them, because Mars in Aries want attention only on ME MEMME!.!. but Mars in Libra wants to be fair and give attention to EVERYONE!. I want my Mars in Libra friend to show me she's definitely on MY side, but she doesn't want to take sides!. When I'm arguing with somebody, Mars in Libra friend tells me *calmly* to think about how others are feeling!.!.and how I'm being unreasonable etcetc!.!. which makes me feel like she is not standing up for me but rather speak for my opponent!. You see what I mean!?!? But I do learn from a lot from them!.!.!.that sometimes anger doesn't solve anything!. they help me cool down and act properly!.
But it's definitely not a strong position, since mars is a warrior and in libra it wants to negotiate rather than act! and fight!
