Question: Childhood fears and astrology!?
Do you think there are links to those almost innate-seeming childhood fears we all had and placements/aspects in our birth chart!?
Being left alone, monsters under the bed, public restrooms, getting lost, interacting with adults!.!.!.!. etc!?

While having those irrational fear is natural and part of growing up when it is under control, astrology might have some significance in it!.
The fear of being overlooked and left out , unheard of could be a result of Sun/Moon in the 12th house , in water signs ( especially Cancer and Pisces )!. This might cause minor identity crisis where the kid might think he/she is insignificance!. If the Sun is in the 12th house, they would feel that their presence is somehow ignored and not appreciated and paid attention to !. If the Moon falls in this house , they would feel that they are not being nutured and cared enough, especially by the motherly figure!. The 12th house also accounts for other irrational fears like you stated " fear of monsters under the bed , public restrooms ) !. Since childhood is largely associated with the Moon, the Moon is the most significant here!. Challenging aspect from Saturn to the Moon, especially when the Moon is also in the 12th house would make the child feel coldness and emotional distance and abandonment from the parents even when it is not neccessarily the case!. Or probably the parents are strict , emotional undemonstrative type that results in the child thinking/feeling so!.
Challenging mercury/moon aspect, mercury/saturn, mercury in the 12th might also indicate problem with communication!. The child might think his/her voice is unheard of and again, insignificant!. Sun in the 12th being badly aspected by Saturn also cause a dampening in father/child relationship with the father being cold and distant , strict and rigid , competition-driven , or the child feeling unimportant , or both!.
Oh I might wanna add, because the child psychological and reasoning ability has not fully developed yet , confusing planet such as Neptune , or Intense and deeply spiritual borderline scary Pluto making challenging aspect to the Moon would cause some irrational fear of isolation , abandoned , fear of some unknown beings!.!.!.

I dont agree with being a water sign with moon in 12th house making a child feel like they have no significance or like they dont receive attention!. That statement is wrong!. I always felt quite smothered as a child and was not scared of anything!. i was an only child for 11 years so i always slept by myself in the dark!.!.!.!. i dont recall having any fears as a child, my childhood was splendid!.!.

I think, cause kids are little and their brains have not started revving into gear yet, and respond to more primal instincts (like animals), you should really focus mostly on the Moon and Moon aspects, to tell the story!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
