Question: I need an artsy person's advise please and thank you!!?
I want to get a tattoo to represent My husband our daughter and myself using our signs!.!. I am a goat (Capricorn) my husband is an Ram(Aries) and my daughter is a scorpion (scorpio)
MY IDEA:
Get a scorpion OR the old school sign for scorpio to be a face and do one goat horn and one ram horn!.

I'm sad to see nobody's encouraging you!. Generally I'd not recommend ever getting a tattoo that refers to a love relationship, simply because they can end, but in this case your daughter will always connect you and your husband so I don't see the problem!.
As for rams and goats not being graceful enough, big deal!. I have a big python wrapped around my ankle!. We don't all want fairies and butterflies!.
It is a difficult tattoo, though, to combinate those three!. You might want to try something with just the black-on-white symbols of these signs!. The very basic shapes!. You can work them into something bigger! I actually really like the idea of combining the goat, ram and scorpion!. There's lots of things you can do with it!. My recommendation is talk about it to a good tattoo artist, see what ideas he has!. They are the artists :-) mine did a perfect job designing something with just a few clues!.
EDIT: oh and by the way, out of my four close Cappy friends, two are tattooed, so I don't think it's "un-Capricorn-like"!. I think some people just think tattoos are beautiful, and some don't!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

no offense, but i don't really like this idea!. goats aren't exactly beautiful creatures, nor are rams, or scorpions, and horns kind of represent a clash or argument!.!.!.!.horns are used for fighting or battling, and scorpions are kind of ugly and aggressive!. having these things as representative of the ones you love most seems kind of funny!. maybe lean more towards the actual symbol for the signs, instead of the animals!?
another neat idea might be to incorporate the actual constellations of these horoscope signs, and integrate star patterns into the tattoo somehow!. you could combine the various constellations, or even get all three in a neat kind of nightscene!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

but I just want to say this!. Right now I'm sure you're so very happy about your family!.!.!. but what happens if your marriage breaks up, your daughter leaves home, or even you have more children!?
Now don't get me wrong!. I think tattoos are really a good thing - IF they are done for the right reasons!. Don't get this tattoo if you don't understand what the signs are at all!. Don't get this tattoo if you're getting it because you never want your family to be broken up!. Only get this tattoo if you know what it means and if you want it to REMIND you of what your family has brought you - the positive union of your souls combined!. It should be a happy reminder, not sad one - even if your family life is the most positive and happy one anyone could ever experience, you have to be connected with it with a level of accepting of lifes ups and downs and possibilities!. It should be an eternal, spiritual reminder of your soul's unions, not of material happiness!.
Please don't think I'm being a downer, because I like the idea!. This is just my opinion!. Just make sure it doesn't cause you more unhappiness than happiness!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Before you get it tattooed on you try a few combinations of the design on your skin with henna or with a sharpie!. That way you can see how it looks before you get it done permanently!. You might decide you don't like it, but if you do then do it!Www@Enter-QA@Com
