I doubt it!. Most of society regards astrology as a joke or superstition because they have little understanding of it!. No scientific study has been able to back it up!. It's a flexible art that depends on reading patterns--scientist don't like that kind of uncertain flexibility!. I would hope that it would never be used for the purposes you list!. Astrology isn't about predicting fate, it's about reading possible changes and knowing how to deal with them as well as further understanding our world and ourselves!.
However, astrology has been used by influential people in the past!. Nancy Reagan had an astrologist in the White House, and often counseled her husband not to sign or veto bills on certain days!. Historically, astrology played a much bigger role in society until religion deemed it heretical!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I guess it would have some influence on society, particularly if that group believes in astrology but the way I see the future now, I'm thinking it's all going to be scientific and technological!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
