What I have to say to that is time matters!. One is never born at exactly the same time!. Even if the mother is having a C-section!. They are born a minute or two apart and in astrology that makes a difference! One of my good friends is a twin!. She was born 3 minutes after her twin brother!. I have met her twin brother as well!. They are not exactly the same!. Sure they look a like, have the same views on some things!. However, they are individuals still!. They both are dating and their partners are the total opposite!. There have been cases when twins have been born a month apart!. Due to medical problems!. Even with a c-section the doctor is going to get the easiest one out first!.
To say that no two charts are alike is not true!. A couple of months ago it was reported my local paper that two sister in-laws gave birth at the same time and place!. They recorded the time as the same, so it can happen!. also in cities with large hospitals, there are other "time twins" that occur!. Same time births but with different sets of parents!. This happens more often than one may think!. Research on this has been done on this!. See page 13 of the link!.
There is no evidence that the planets, other than earth have any effect!.
