I am a Scorpio female!. Yes, I prefer it when the guy makes the first move, as it indicates he is straightforward and knows what he wants!. That makes the Scorp female feel secure!.
BUT, there have been times I have been the one to make the first move!. Actually, it was only once I did this, and it was a Cancer man!. I knew he was interested, but, for whatever reason, he was hesitant about making that first move!. Fast forward a few months!.!.!.!.when we talked about it, he said he was definitely interested at the beginning, but was shy about stepping up, as he wasn't sure I was interested!. It turned out to be the very best, most emotionally satisfying relationship I've ever had!.
All water signs tend to be very emotional, and easily hurt when our feelings aren't returned!. So, while I prefer a guy make the first move, I certainly understand when a guy doesn't!. Hey, you never know, making that first move could be the smartest thing you've ever done!.
And for the water sign guys out there!.!.!.!.go ahead, talk to that water sign lady!.!.!.!.!.really, she probably understands!.

I'd like the guy to make the first move, I'm not much of a chaser when it comes to men I love if they come after me!. I have to admit I love to stare but nothing more, hoping that gets there attention!.
