I understand the decanate part!. All signs are divided into 10 degree parcels!. Scorpios can be in either the Scorpio, Pisces, or Cancer decanate!. Scorpio decans are:
Scorpio: from the beginning of Scorpio to Nov 1
Pisces: decans are from Nov 2- Nov 11
Cancer: fromfrom Nov 12 to the end of Scorpio!.
