I don' think very much of the table since it is borderline senseless as it confuses too many things!.
1) Essential dignity is based on the sign and degree of the sign the planet occupies in a chart!. The more essential dignity a planet has the more it "behaves" like itself!. In other words the more the planet is true to its essence!. The essence of fire is heat!. If you dump water on it, the fire cools (until the water evaporates)!. Dump enough water on it, and it does out!. It is no longer "behaving" like it's essence!. So if we take a fiery planet like Mars and place it in a water sign like Pisces, it is not very Mars-like, but if we put it in a fire sign like Aries, Leo or Sagittarius it has no problem acting fiery or acting like its essence!.
2) Accidental dignity is determined by house placement, aspects, and other conditions that occur in an individual chart!. House placement determines how well a planet can act regardless of how essentially strong or weak it is!. For example a planet in an angle will make itself known or be influential in the chart regardless of its sign position!. So Jupiter in Cancer (exalted) will be influential when in the first house as will Jupiter in Capricorn (fall) when it is in the first house!. The influence will be different depending on the sign!. Being in the first is an accidental dignity!. Other accidental dignities include, but are not limited to, being in good aspect to a benefic planet, being in the house of its joy, being swift and direct in motion!.
3) Accidental debilities are: being in hard aspect to a malefic, being in a cadent house, and being retrograde!.
See the problem!? The table uses an accidental dignity and debility to determine essential dignity!. Jupiter in Sagittarius is well dignified whether it is direct or retrograde!. It is accidentally dignified or debilitated if it is direct or retrograde, but it does not lose, much less change essential dignity!.
Mercury, in all the texts through the mid 20th century has been exalted in Virgo!. This table changes that for no apparent reason other than the author of the table probably doesn't like the idea of Mercury having his domicile and exaltation rulerships in the same sign!. I have no idea where that person or persons obtained the authority to toss 2000 years of practice out the window!.
In short the table is gibberish!. It bears no relationship to an actual table of dignities and is a full fledged display of its creators' ignorance of the subject he feels obligated to change!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I agree with the others!. There are many inaccuracies!. I have a problem with the fact that they are throwing out names of ancient astrologers and quoting what they practiced, and then they do not have the table accurate with what those astrologers wrote!. also, I have a problem with sources not actually being cited in a reference piece such as this one!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
I think the venus retrograde and venus direct columns are backwards because venus in pisces should be the exalation not venus in gemini!. I'm saying that because pisces is where venus can be expressed to the fullest while gemini is communication not love!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
