No, it does not get affected if you were born late!. It doesn't matter if someone is born late or early and it's not called horoscope!. It's called your zodiac sign!. Horoscopes and astrology are two different things!. Horoscopes are made up predictions that are in newspapers and magazines!. Astrology explains the zodiac signs, planets, houses, etc!.!.!.!. Zodiac signs are hand in hand with Astrology!. Anyway, the exact moment you were born is the exact moment you were meant to be born!. There is no mistake on what day and what time we enter into this world!. Doctor's have to give a month and day in which they think a baby is supposed to arrive but they do that by calculation and even they know that it can't be predicted when exactly a baby will arrive!. A baby comes when their good and ready to come!. I was born two weeks late but obviously God wanted me born on the exact day I was born!. So Nobodies zodiac sign is affected in any way!.

In Vedic Astrology we have to go in more detail, like planets, its degree, vimshottari, & gochar
(current state of planets)
Sometimes 5-6 planets are favourable but one unfavourable planet
can change prediction & play havoc!.
So discussing only sign is half approach and can lead to wrong conclusions!.
