If my Mercury is in Libra at 29.30 degrees, is it really like having Mercury in !
Question: If my Mercury is in Libra at 29!.30 degrees, is it really like having Mercury in Scorpio being that more of it !?
is in Scorpio than in Libra!? It's so far into the third decan at 29!.30 that most of it seems to be in Scorpio!. Should I read Mercury in Scorpio as well and apply it more than my Mercury in Libra!?

No, it's definitely in Libra!. Though it is very close to Scorpio, it cannot be in 2 signs at once!. I once thought the same thing, I have Mercury in Aquarius at 29!.28 degrees, and thought i might as well say i have Mercury in Pisces, but it just ain't so!. :)Www@Enter-QA@Com
