Not necessarily!. The sun sign is who you really are, your basic personality, your moon sign is your emotional responses!. It would depend where in the chart the planets are placed i!.e if you had cancer rising the ruler of your chart would be the moon, which would give it extra prominence; if your rising sign was leo the usn would be the ruler of your chart!. The chart needs to be looked at as a whole, like a jigsaw puzzle, you wouldn't say one piece of a puzzle was more important than another, the hole is more important than the partsWww@Enter-QA@Com
