I'm Taurus!. If I like someone I try and show it the best way I can - or I try to hide it and suck, but you need to remember one thing!.!.!. Taurus is not a natural flirt!. He can be, but he most likely isn't!. So it won't be in flirty comments or suggestive body language!. We're just not very good at that!.
also we tend to not make obvious moves until you do!. Once you break the ice with "casual touching", that's when we might consider it!. But we're too cowardice to start with things like that!. We just don't like the idea of making you uncomfortable!.!.!. so we're waiting for your green light!.

Well, try to smile at him a lot and be extra friendly and flirty!. Make him feel that you are interested and that you want him!. If he were to ask you out then that you make NO hints of you rejecting him!. Then, he will open up to you more and let you know that he is very interested!.
