I'm really happy so many people seemed to like my answer to one of those other questions!. I'd just like to state what I said at the end of that answer - you won't get accuracy on a regular basis from astrology if you consider one thing in isolation from all others!.
So yes, Venus in the 9th is not just beautiful for thighs but is a very nice placement overall for many things!. However you have to take it in context of the rest of the chart!. For example if the lord of your first house is conjunct Saturn while Mars occupies your first - you might be a hag with oriforous pus (ok, i'm exaggerating) and Venus in your 9th makes you thighs just slightly not gross!.
See what I mean!?
also, you need to consider what houses Venus herself owns!. And what aspects and conjunctions she is experiencing!.
BUT as an ISOLATED factor, Venus in the 9th does indicate strong and well shaped thighs and usually also affects the butt, too!. Venus in the 8th will make a nice bottom as well, all else being equal!.
BTW don't forget her aspects!. In the 9th she aspects the 3rd and thus has a nice effect on hands and arms!. From the 8th she aspects the 2nd and thus has a nice effect on the face and eyes!.
But if you just see something ONCE in the chart, it doesn't mean much!. You should see another pretty planet affecting the 9th or 3rd (for example) - either the 9th/3rd house and/or the 9th/3rd sign (sag & gemini) - then you have what is called "confluence" in the chart - where the same result is indicated from more than one angle - and THEN you can predict results with confidence!.
FINALLY you also have to consider than almost all of the places you get your charts made use the tropical zodiac - in which these principles of mine will be less effective, because i use the sidereal zodiac which is stable and astronomically accurate!. WHEW!Www@Enter-QA@Com

WTF!? I don't know!.!.!.I and others consider me attractive!. it's all in how you carry yourself too!. Confidence is key!. But as to astrology!.!.!.Libra ascendants are considered attractive!. also libra suns!. Cancer suns as well!. Your moon sign could also have a factor!. As well as your Mars and Venus signs!.

I have to agree with Vic's comments about venus in 9th!. I am a cancer born with venus in my 9th house (which is in an exalted position) !.!.!. and I must say that people always tell me that they notice my eyes over everything because I have huge eyes !.!.!. so not sure about that one!. But all other things about venus in the 9th house and its aspects to the third etc etc seems o be true !.!.!.!.!.!.!. though I am guessing having venus in an exlated position in the 9th will enhance the physical characteristics!. If thats true !.!.!.!.!.Very cool!!
