It depends entirely on the house that Leo creates!.
Generally Venus almost always beautifies whatever she is connected with!. Leo itself is connected with the chest (not the breasts themselves, though - that's cancer)!. But Venus in the 1st will have a much more visible effect than Venus in the 12th!.
Venus in the 12th gives pretty feet generally!. Venus in the 1st overall beauty!. Venus in the 2nd a pretty face and eyes!. Etc!. I have Venus in Leo, btw!!! In my 8th house!!! O!.O!!! hahahahaha!.
