From what I've seen they are!. They're very sensitive to children's "world views" and they can play with that and make kids feel accepted and safe!.

Like everyone it will depend on whether or not they are healthy themselves!.
Additionally, you have to look at other aspects of the chart and not just the sun sign!. I have a Pisces boss and she is not a good parent!. She complained non-stop about how she wanted kids and then once she had them, she complains non-stop about having kids!. Anything that happens to her kids that you express empathy about she is like "no poor me" or she'll say "imagine how hard this if for me" I am serious those are her words :-O
People over generalize on here (I am guilty of it too) :-)
A person's sun sign doesn't tell you a heck of a lot!.
Check the 4th and 5th houses and the cusps of these houses too!
