You need to create an opportunity for him to tell you!. I'm a Virgo and I dated a guy also Virgo for 4 years!. He told me that he had feelings for me at our 3rd month!.!.but we bonded so much!. I used to see him every day!. We kind of met when I just started College and he was in College and we had the Summer for each other so we started feeling very comfortable!. When he declared his love to me, he mad it known to everyone!. I remember it was at his B-day party and made it clear that he is in love with me!. Give him some time!. Virgos always fight with their emotions because they are afraid of getting hurt!. If you feel that he has feelings for you and not telling you is because you haven't made him comfortable to do it!.
