Question: What aspects suggest a tendency to rely on others opinions!?
Indecisiveness, feeling that they are making the wrong choice if others do not agree upon it or convince the person that they're decision is not the best!.

Interesting question!. The aspects I'd look at would be the Saturn aspects, first and foremost!. Aswell as the positive things, Saturn also shows a certain amount of insecurity and fear, depending on experience!. (as an aside people generally feel more secure in themselves after their first Saturn return around age 29, there's always a certain amount of it there though, with Saturn)
I wouldn't just attribute it astrolologically to aspects though, signs and houses would have an effect!. I would look at in particular 7th, 11th and 2nd houses, maybe 12th aswell (12th can represent the psychological family background) and the aspects of the rulers aswell if I wanted to understand why someone might be insecure!. I think there are a number of different astrological roots as to why this might happen!. I might look at what houses outer planets are transiting as well!.
I'd also bear cycles in mind!. Insecurity can relate to a past traumatic event that hasn't been fully processed through a persons system!. So say, someone experienced a traumatic event when Pluto conjuncted their Sun, aged 5 or whatever!. It's too young to fully process, so they might experience a reminder of that event when Pluto comes round to the semi-sextile, semisquare etc!. and start to behave in an insecure way because of it, perhaps process the original event a bit more, so it's always worth looking at the past, in that way!.
Re Isabelles comment, the Ascendant is the point rising on the eastern horizon, the western side has the descendant as it's central point - 7th house stuff!.
I think it's good to look at how things might be be reflected astrologically, it's a good way to learn and discover, and to learn and discover are what intelligent, bigminded people do, whereas small minded ,unintelligent people tend to be those who insult others who have a different outlook to them!. Its because they have no intelligence that they need to resort to it!.

The Western side is more concerned with "me"!.
Although signs and and aspects will alter this big time anyway whether on the East or West side!.
ps: no planets on the western side ( from 4-10) are more subject to people' opinions!. The Eastern Side more easily brush them away!.
For ex :I have a lot of fire on the western side and still care very much about other people' views!.
