Do you work out ?!

Yes i do work out everyday for 3 hours in fact i do weight training,and running too,and i like it cause it helps me burn up my energy,and i like to keep my body looking good,and in shape too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have been regularly going to the gym/working out ( I have a home gym, not fancy, but sufficient enough) for 5,6 years!. I used to work out 6 times a week ,along with cardio like skipping!. But I have a hectice schedule these days, so I cut down to working out 4 times a week ( 1-1!.5 hour each time ) , plus 1 day of 1 hour cycling and running!. I am living by myself so i do all the chores , I think thats some activities too hehe!.

I have gotten big enough now, So i dont up my weights anymore, i try to do more repetitions to conserve what I have got!.

Yep!. I try to run a couple times a week on the treadmill, and I do push ups and sit ups a couple of times a week along with working the horses (horseback riding is good exercise) a couple times a week!. I walk about two miles a day also!.!.!.

I guess my work outs are non-traditional, but they work for me!.

I dont do weight liftings!.!. I used to but i started looking like a muscle man and lost my curves lol, I just do cardio now, running/swimming/ rock climbing if i get a chance!. yeah i like it, it feels good and you vent off some aggression, its great!Www@Enter-QA@Com
