Gemini = mutable = flexible/adaptable/changeable
Cancer = cardinal = always have the need to start new things

There is a difference!.
Cancers are so sensitive to their feelings so every little thing can make them upset or whatever!. Their change of emotions (which is constant) is the cause of their moodiness!. It's internal!.
Geminis are so curious and inquisitive ready to do something new and different!. Holding them back when they have all of the sudden decided they want to do something else will cause a change in mood and as quickly as they changed they can change right back!. They are more changeable!.
Completely different aspects!.
