Answers:
The qualifications are useless in a practical sense, since Astrology is not mainstream or standardized profession!. However, the education gained is well worth it!.

I recommend that you could take his classes: http://www!.hartdefouw!.com/

There are several!. As Aspico said, NCGR is one!. AFA is another, Rosicrucians another, and I guess if you google it you can find many more!. But the above 3 I am personally involved in and so familiar with!.
The Rosicrucian spiritual astrology course would be a good place for you to start, and it's free!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

There is an online college called Kepler College that teaches astrology!.!.!. try Googling it!.!.!.

The NCGR (National Council for Geo-Cosmic Research) certifies astrologers!. Level 4 certification is a full-fledged astrologer!. Level 5 is a certified teaching astrologer!. I do not know if they offer courses!. They do have lectures!.
