I work with a man who is an Aries and he is just constantly meanspirited, judgemtal, anal, snooty and a nightmare to work with!. I am Libra and have made a real effort to stay good with him but he remains a jerk!.!.!.!.I even had a tough time with a women born april 10 and what a b****!Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, seeing how he's a jerk and you are his opposite sign I don't think there's much hope here!. Not all Aries people are mean!. I had a totally clueless Aries friend as a teen that meant well and was a feeling sort of person but always had a real need for attention!. I've had 2 Aries bosses, one that told a sick person she could come to work and vomit when she tried to call in sick, and one that was pretty understanding and gave people a break!. I've dated a few Aries men!. They seem to be kind of hyper and want to be on the go all the time!. They can be snobby, they can act crazy, and they can be nice!. They all were different!. It's an aggressive and egotistical sign in general!. You can't throw them all into one category!. What they are like can be modified by other planetary positions and aspects and by their upbringing and environment!. I think all you can do is to show him that you are a good, decent, intelligent person and go your own way!. If he causes you problems, take it to a higher authority!. They do have a conscience and can be shamed by their own bad behavior!.

My boyfriend is Aries and I'd say he's not mean or cruel!.
He has a tendency to kick against the shins of "normality", rebel, but he never kicks people in the shins personally wether physically or emotionally!. He's way too shy for that anyway!.
He's been the leader of several projects and everyone loves working with him and for him, because he keeps things grounded and friendly and relaxed!. He doesn't treat people as lesser - he's way too busy trying to reach the goal to spend energy on making others feel bad anyway!. At most he'll comment if someone is being unproductive or is disturbing or blocking the process!. But generally he HATES telling people how to do their job!. He just wants to respect them and work with them and try and get the best out of them in a friendly way!.
He'll give you honest opinions, but only because he cares!. He'll have his opinions on people, but he never feels better than them or feels like his judgement defines them!. He'll be a little high maintenance, but only because he's insecure!. He's a good person, and I feel blessed to have him by my side!. nope, I get along awesome with aries, but that doesn't mean there aren't a*shole aries!. There's a holes in every sign, the important thing is not to generalize!. but they can be combative, they are ruled by mars(planet of aggression and anger)!.
