For investment and finance I would look into Venus and Saturn , matter of the 2nd house, 4th house ( real estate ) and 10th house!.
Venus making good aspect to Saturn produce shrewdness in finance and good timing for investment !.
Venus making good aspect to Jupiter expands Venus' values which also include money, finance and investment, good judgement on business matter !.!.!.also good faith and good timing aswell!.
A stabilised 4th house is also good for real estate , especially when venus is in there making aspect to a planet , perferably saturn in 10th , or Jupiter in any earth house ( preferably 2nd or 10th) , the 8th house is good for inheritance and maybe winning someone else' money!. :D
For transits, the same would apply in my opinion , Uranus althoug has nothing to do with finance and business, when it hits another planet , especially in 2nd house and especially when the person/and or planet in the 2nd currently under poor financial state , would change things around, sudden stroke of luck!. Saturn transit making good aspect to venus may indicate time to re-consider and step back a little ( this is very crucial in business and finance as saturn reminds us of the risk involved ), while Jupiter transit making aspect to Venus would indicate a good time for investment , especially Jupiter conjunct Venus, it is one great aspect!.
A jammed up 10th house would boost someone's career line and image giving a chance to focus on its matter!.
