I read that rising signs is what you represent,but I also see that they represent PROBLEMS with one's body!.
Like Libra rising would most likely have skin problems,Taurus rising neck problems etc!.
Why is that!?

Libra usually have kidney issues but not when they are young!. But what does cause skin problem is because of the kidneys not eliminating properly or because of an excess and exageration of sweets!.
Aries,
The head and face are the most lieable to suffer including toothache if Saturn afflicts; head, inflammation fever especially with Mars; , and when rising, gives a scar or mark on the face!. Neuralgia and vertigo are part of Aries afflicted!.
Taurus rules the Neck, the throat leading to diphtheria, quinsy or fits if afflicted!. Goiter trouble
Gemini, lungs, chest and bronchitis, tuberculosis resulting in consumption, brain fever and nervous disorders!.

well the rising sign is our physical self, it would only make sense if it makes up literally every physical aspect of us, from our bones to our organs!.
its not strictly for rising signs but if its your sun sign they could have these problems as well!. some doctors back then used astrology to help them diagnose their patients!.
Like Taurus ruling the throat, they may be prone to problems in the throat, or the opposite, they may become good signers (which a lot of them are)
