For me it hasn't been days, it has been weeks (2 and half weeks to be precise)!.!.!.
To summarize i will say that being pre-occupied in anxiety has been the killer to the person i deeply feel for seeing me in the wrong light and perhaps not being so open to see beyond my actions of communication was because i genuinely care!.
I have learned never do something when your head is not clear, if it has become full of worry and starts to run from its calm and stable frame of mind to anxiety!. As although i may want to show my love, care and support!.!.if it is done when there is concern about the other trying to show, instead the wrong transfer of energy will be sent out which will only cause one possibly frustration, even anxiety decreasing them to feel the positive feeling and healing!.
I feel so down because my actions were i called my beloved when in my soul i was worried of his well-being as depressed!.!.(wrong move), and my anxiety got the worst of me!. Now i am even more down because i am beating myself up because i may have driven him away, but i just hope he understands and looks deeper that anxiety may have been my fault area but behind all of that my intentions was wishing and praying that he was fine as a positive!.
