My friend the Leo or Virgo?!
Question: My friend the Leo or Virgo!?
I made a new friend and we get along extremely well!. So I was surprised when I asked her what her sign was and she said "Leo", because me as a Taurus I've honestly never gotten along so well with a Leo!. She said she was born just on the verge of Virgo, though!.
So I ran my astrology software and the software said she's actually Virgo! Here's her birth date, time and place!.!.!.
21 August 1980, 23:00h (11PM) in The Netherlands (city: Utrecht, near Amsterdam)!.
So although 21 August is named as a Leo date in most sources!.!.!. the software says that at 23:00 it had already shifted to Virgo, so she is a Virgo anyway!. Could someone who knows more about astrology or has experience with these cases check it out!? I mean is she a Virgo or a Leo!?

Your friend is a Leo!. I checked references with an astrology book and Virgo only starts on 8/22/1980, but you may find that you're able to get along with each other quite well because she's on the verge of Virgo!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Leo!. For this cusp, the Leo\Virgo cusp, Leo has only the days of August 19-23 and Virgo has only the 24th and 25th, before it enters into the full Virgo sign!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
My son was also born "On the Cusp" which means he exhibits traits of both signs!. Your friend will most likely be the same!. In my son's case, his tendency is toward the Leo side!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know you'll be curious as to what she is always but let it go for a while and concentrate on your friendship first!. After you both have grown a bigger friendship and you are sure you get along perfectly then perhaps you can check to see if her sign really makes a difference at all!. She will always show characteristics of both sings as she was born under the Leo/Virgo cusp and so it is best to just see them for yourself without knowing what sign she really was born under!. That way you won't subconsciously judge your friendship based on her sign before it grows any further!.

I have noticed that we sometimes shift sides as we cannot really combine our signs into one; we are one or the other really!. Like for example, you can't be loud and shy at the same time nor down-to-earth and practical and insanely creative and full of random ideas that are out there!. Just accept her for the two sides she is and remember that you sometimes might have to put up with one that you aren't compatible with!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is my observation that if someone is born a day or two after or before 20th of some month, he may show the traits of either signs or even both (in what share, I do not know)!. My point seems solid when you get to know that different astrologers assume 19 to 23 of a month as the last date of a zodiac sign!.
And if you want to know whether she is leo or virgo, study some about leo and virgo and observe if she has leo or virgo traits or both!. She could have both because there are other astrological effects too, like the effect of the ascendant, which is a very strong effect and which too might be either of sun signs!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
