I don't think this question fits in the Horoscope section, but I'm answering it anyway!.
When one says "intelligent" usually it means "scientific/logical" rather than the broader aspects of true intelligence (linguistic, musical, kinesthetic, etc!.!.!.!.) True, there are many people who are too inclined to IQ who don't have any space left for a proper EQ development!. Usually they have a hard time understanding deeper emotions and human phenomena that are beyond words/quantifications (i!.e!. they rely too much on logical thinking for problem solving)!. Interpersonal relationship is their weakness!. They could experience difficulties in getting close friends, let alone love!. Typically, they would also deny that they care about it at all!.
Of course, this is not the case for each and every smart person on this earth!. There are those who are well-balanced and can keep friends and love alike!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

yes, it can be true if you are referring to the logical/scientific sort of intelligence, b/c they want to analyze everything and many can probably do without love (or so they think)!.!.!.!.!.and b/c most women, i think, are not (maybe)!?!? but they usually go farther in life anyhow, soo it makes up for that in the end!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
