All right, well, I first have to say that my Pluto is also sextile Neptune (yes, I know, me and more than half of the other people alive today, but Neptune's conj my Sun, so it's relevant here I think) and trine Jupiter, but square Saturn!. The Saturn influence has reined me in some!. But come on, look at those other aspects!.!.!.it's had to lol!. also, it's in Libra, which I think makes it a little more low key than if I had say Pluto in Scorpio or Aries or some other more aggressive sign!.
But I will agree with needing to have passion for whatever it is that I'm doing!. If I'm not in it 100%, then I'm not in it at all!. It's true of everything that I do!. Obviously with the Saturn influence, I've met with some resistance, but ultimately it only tends to make me more driven to get whatever it is that I want!. I've had to learn to temper that somewhat actually, because my natural tendency is to throw myself into anything I desire, so I've had to learn to pace myself somewhat, because my instinctive way of going about things leads to burnout more often than not!.
The healing quickly thing is really funny though, I'd not heard that before!. I remember once when I was about 10 or 11 and I got hit with a bike!.!.!.!.some kid racing around the corner and neither one of us saw the other until I was pretty much flying through the air!. I ended up with whiplash which the doctor said wouldn't be healed for at least a month!.!.!.was wearing the stupid collar and everything!. Anyhow long story short, I was better the next week!. So that part too is true for me!.
Not afraid to get my hands dirty, will help others no matter what, check and check!. And yes I don't have any problem bending or breaking the rules if I think that they are either unfair or if they just don't make any sense!. But again with the Saturn influence, this has been moderated as well!.

No, but my sun is conjunct Pluto, so imagine I fit the picture somewhat - lol!.
Edit: sheeeesh, what was I looking at when I posted this!? No, I don't have sun conjunct nor sextile pluto!. No wonder I was having a difficult time fitting this into my self-concept!.
