I've noticed this with certain placements of Sag, specifically in the Sun and Mars position!.
also Mars in Libra does this, but not because they love the thrill of the journey, but because they can't decide whether they want to follow through or not (particularly in blooming relationships), so they wait until the situation falls through or is decided for them!.
