Being reclassified as a dwarf moon doesn't change Pluto's significance as Scorpio's ruler!. Traditionally, it used to be Mars before Pluto's discovery!.

Science is used by astrology to find planets, that is it!. Once a chunk of rock is accepted it is not sent away!. There is no set rules for astrology!. The only thing that must stay the same is having 12 signs!. 12 is the magic number!. One more or less sign would be a prime number and that can't work!.
When a new planet is found, signs and other attributes are made up!. There are a couple of other "plutoids" that have been discovered recently!. They are not been accepted by astrologers yet!. Some asteroids have been, though they are very small compared to some of the moons of the outer planets!. Three or four of these moons are larger than Mercury or Pluto, but do not count!. It doesn't matter that Pluto is not considered a planet anymore!. It is still used as one in astrology and still has validity!. Take for instance the Sun and the Moon!. They are not considered planets, but still have an effect on you!. Just because we classify Pluto differently now doesn't mean that it's existence has changed!. Www@Enter-QA@Com
Scorpio's ruling planet is still Pluto, which is considered a dwarf planet like chiron, not a dwarf moon!. Scorpio is co ruled by Mars!.
