Question: If you're a Cancer, would you be offended if one of your friends told you they needed space!?
Here's the deal, My best friend is a Cancer, he lives out of state, we keep in touch!. Well, not only do we text at least 200 times a day, we always have our nightly phone call as well!. But lately I mean he has just been calling me four or 5 times a day just to tell me about something funny that happened and while it's sweet that he's keeping in touch it's also kind of suffocating to me (I'm an Aries!.)
So, today I answered his fourth call kind of huffy because I was thinking "what now!?" and he picked up on it, but I talked to him anyways for a bit and went back to my homework!. Then later he called AGAIN to tell me a story about something that just happened, but I was busy doing my project so I didn't answer but I said "I'll call you later as long as I don't come off clingy!." and we were joking he was like "I just don't know I need my space" (also joking) but then I did call a few hours later and he didn't answer and didn't text me about what he was doing like he usually would if he missed my call!.
So do you think I hurt his feelings!? How do you tell someone you need space!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Awwwww yeah, you might have his feelings just a bit =( My mom's a Cancer and when I don't call for a few days she calls upset with me!. When I told her one time that sometimes I don't really feel like talking to anyone, in a very nice way mind you, she got all quiet and I could tell I hurt her feelings!. She's married to an Aquarius now so she now gets how we are and they we occassionally need alone time!. Just call on him to make sure he's okay and tell him as sweetly as possible how you're feeling!. Aries are known for being blunt without even realizing it so just consciously be aware of your tone and be aware that he might be sensitive to your words!. Good luck!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Break it to him gently, but don't be surprised if he clams up forever!. I lost two Cancer friends, just by telling them the truth!. Their number one priority is self-protection!.

thats a tough one, because im a cancer and i would be so upset if someone told me that :( but then again i wouldnt call someone four times a day, i need lots of space! Maybe be more unavailable, if he calls dont answer and then the second time, answer and say you have been so busy! or call him back a while later saying your so busy and your sorry!. They are great at picking up vibes he will get the picture and call you less :)

Cancerians are funny like that!. I have a friend just like that!. Yeah, a bestfriend!. Whenever I leave from the phone because I must go, he starts whining, "No, no, why!?" It's cute, but then he feels that he can just leave me in a heartbeat!. Right now we are on a one month break!.
Point is, they always need you, but then if one little thing is not to their liking, they disappear!. He probably is trying to figure out to himself if you still care about him!. Like a crab, they will scurry off and hide until they feel that it's ok to come back out!. Your best bet is to just leave it alone until he comes around!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Hi I'm a Cancer, I'm really not clingy maybe because I have a Sag!. rising!. It sounds like your friend is lonely!. As long as you don't sound pissy when you tell him that you need some space I think you will be alright!. also don't asnwer you phone everytime he calls!. You don't have to be at his beck n call every moment!. You have a life too!. Just tell him nicely that you noticed he's been calling you a lot more than usual and ask him if there is a problem, if he doesn't have one tell him to give you your space!.
