Are you saying that Gemini is the ruling sign of the 7th!? Or are you saying that the Sun in Gemini is in the seventh!?!?!?

Either way - the answer is NO!.
With this placement - It is important this person is a "friend" to you first of all and can except you for who you are!. If your sun is in this house there is a tendency for all areas governing this house to be a big part of your life!. It can be negative or positive depending on your chart!. Possibly many marriages or the person expresses themselves best in marriage and is more comfortable in marriage

As long as you believe in the marriage--it's higher purpose and how it not only serves yourself and others--you willl be fine!. Make sure to marry someone stable and good!. it may mean only that you will have two marriages--does Venus by degree come within 2 degrees of your 7th house cusp!? That could indicate some need to buckle down, some challenges in the relationships you choose just in order to keep you from hitting the road, jack, with all that Sag in your chart! You need to look at a few more things!. Mercury rules the sign Gemini, so you need to see what house it is in and what aspects it makes to other planets!.
If you find yourself easily bored, it might not be just your 7H!. I see you have a Virgo Sun and Sag Moon/ASC!. Lots of restlessness there!. If your Mercury also conjuncts your Mars, even more!. Venus in Virgo tends to be picky, too!.
