About western astrologers and believers?!
Question: About western astrologers and believers!?
Ok so i started to post questions about sidereal zodiac and vedic astrology, i discovered that western astrology principles are wrong becuz they don't follow planets and constellations like they really are makes me wonder what does astrology means!.!.!.!. ?!?!.!.!. so what do i receive in return!.!.!. a big no from answers and people telling me that i have to choose the one that best fits me which i think is ignorance!. Now i know what kind of people are the ones who practice astrology, close minded people who are attached to their ideas to the point that makes them go blind!.!.!.!. i wanted to learn more about astrology but i think is not possible is just like religion!.!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

i will admit i do not know enough about western astrology or sidreal astrolgy to know what is for certain!. But i do admire your courage to challenge western astrology especially in this forum!. The only reason it could offend is because everything people have believed for several years has been challenged and it is hard to accept that what they believe in untrue!. Im not saying western astrology is false, in my opinion, your point of view is just as valid and i am equally considering im a gemini as oposed to a cancer!. But this just confuses things A LOT and i think for fun i like the western astrology side, because the majority of horoscope believers know this and can relate to this!. But in the back of my mind i know there has got to be an element of truth in sidreal astrology as well because several factors about it seem true!. i don't think you are being ignorant at all!. You were open minded enough to accept another side to astrology, if my knowledge weren't so limited i would have an opinion but for me all i can do now is be open minded because astrology is so complex you have to be, especially because im not a professional astrologer!. Although, i believe their is something out their in the planets i don't think there is a specific reason for sure as to why we are who we are, sometimes we just follow things because we are lost, and yes i think that is also like religion!. life, and why we do what we do or why we are the way we are might be something we are not capable of understanding!.!.and because we are scared of the unknown we need this reasurance!.!. but i will leave this to steven hawkins to figure out!.!.!. because im not sure i am smart enough to figure it all out!. i think your opinion is equally as valid as anyone elses!.!. and equally as true!.!. i hope that made sense!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think it had to do with how you worded your questions that got people's feathers ruffled!. It almost seemed as if you were calling people that believe in western astrology stupid!. You, of course, are free to believe in whatever you choose but to be fair remember that you once believed in western astrology too and although you don't anymore you still gotta show respect for those that still do!. I'd rather know whenever possible than rely on blind belief!.
Since any type of astrology is belief oriented and not factual, why does it really matter which type!? Testing astrology's claims has it failing to be no better random chance!. So where does it succeed to better than other more likely and simpler alternatives!? Or better than science!?

Have you heard of Bill Nye, the science guy!? Well, he did a whole segment on this issue one time to prove that Astrology was a hoax!. He made a lot of good scientific points, and of course, he had the spotlight and concluded that Astrology as we study it today is bunk!. It certainly got me to questioning the validity of what I know to be true!. Thinking back on it, he was using this current debate of tropical vs sidereal to prove the point!. Anyway, I didn't toss out my beliefs so quickly because I heard a few astrologers offering some good counter-arguments with the nuts and bolts of the language - not on his show, obviously!. I think I even read something from Aya (a YA member) who showed the validity of the tropical view of Astrology!. I wish she was here to explain!.
Anyway, this is a complex issue and your average astrologer, even advanced astrologers, cannot easily explain the physiology behind the wisdom!. We just know from experience!.
If someone asked me what the kidneys do, I could tell them!. If someone asked me how the kidneys do what they do, I would struggle to give a good answer; and then if the person asked how do you know what they do if you can't tell me how, I would say, "just because I know!." Would you deny my understanding of the kidneys because I can't explain the how part of it to you!? I am sure not!.

To each his own!. Just because a neuro surgeon is not specialized in heart surgery doesn't make him a bad doctor does it !? or vice-versa!.
I have studied years in Western Astrology and most of my readings were and still are dead on!. The few who know Astrology in this section still manage to get a following through their correct analysis!. Imagine if we had these same people in front of us in real life!? Don't you think we couldn't do a good reading!?
I love pastal and hate sushi!. Does that make my preference unacceptable !? I agree with you on one thing that sometimes, others may have answered you with little forethought!. If I personally answer any question here, I will take the tie and answer properly!. All you get here are 10 to 14 yrs old and at times, serious askers!. Do the maths!.
After a certain time, the questions get serious like just about at this time actually !. The kids are going to bed!. I am not disrespecting your opinions or your choice!. Don't get me wrong!. You might seem frustrated that you come to an Astrology section only to find out that 20 people know the subject and 8,000 who take it lightly!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
