I'm both!. I see the importance of eating healthfully, and I try my best to eat a good balance of food!. However, I have an extreme sweet tooth, and love to eat!. I am a bit of a binge eater!.!.!.So sometimes I'll get so tired of trying to eat healthfully, that I grab whatever I can get!. I can eat gallons of ice cream, and like 5 pies and cakes and cookies all in one sitting!. Nothing is too sweet for me!. Lately I have been trying to balance it the best I can!. I eat healthfully throughout the day, but I save some room for a little treat at the end of the day!. It's been working for me!.

I try to eat healthy but its very expensive and every now and again I will eat fast food places that I'm in the mood for!.!.!.!.I like to eat just about everything!.!.!.!.If I'm in the mood for Taco Bell I'll eat it until I don't want to even know about it until the next time around (maybe a year later, lol) and then I'll move onto something new or something I've tried already!.!.!.!.!.!.For the most part I try to eat lean cuisines (which I like lots), yogurt, trail mix, drink lots of water, I exercise 4 x's a week, go running, Tae Bo!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. OH and I LOVE chocolate!

Wat the heck!.!. I eat healthy all the time!. One pound of pasta, and a little ice cream scoop ( 1 galloon) !. I have shares in Ben & Jerry LOL!.!. You only live once and I exercise my arms every second day at the ice cream parlor!.
