Pisces does rule the feet, but just having a Pisces sun doesn't mean the feet are prone to hurt!. However, if Pisces is on the cusp of the 6th house or sun in Pisces is in the 6th, well then, that is where you will see foot problems of all kinds!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know any Pisces who currently complain about feet!. I think Janet's answer makes a lot of sense!.
I also want to point out that what a chart shows us is not everything going on at once!. Some of those specific health problems and other issues like accidents may not manifest until later on in life!. It's always important to look at rulers of houses and also transits!. I think of transits as like a catalyst in a chemistry equation!. Www@Enter-QA@Com

I know lots of Pisceans, in fact I seem to attract them into my life!. My mother is one, my husband, my ex-husband too, one of my daughters and several other friends that have come and gone!. I've never really heard any of them complain much about their feet!.
