Help with Chart reading?!

I have a taurus sun, aries moon and venus in gem, and people and sources say I'm best with Virgos, Scorps, Cancer, Pisces, ect!. The only sign I like out of that bunch are Virgos bc they look good and are smart, but when we get to know eeach other, they are weird, and I end up getting bored with them!. Pisceans, i like bc they are attractive but only for a short time!. I never see Caps or Scorps i like, and an usually attracted to saggies, Aries, and Librans!. I dated a Libra guy for 2 years(- we had a serious and great relationship for the most part, but we were young!.!.) and we are still not over each other a year ad a half later!. It's hard for me to find guys who kkeep my interest and I get bored easily with emotionally distant types (often earth signs), and super clingy, whiney and needy types (often water signs)My issue is does my Venus tell me who im suited for, my moon, or my sun!? My mars in also in Cap as is my Asc!. But I find them boring and predictable!. Why is this!? What's the deal!?
