Rising is the Ascendent!.!.!.!. the time you were born!.
For example!.!.!.
if you were born at 7pm, then the rising sign is Scorpio!.
If you were born at 9pm, then the rising sign is Sagittarius!.
if you were born at 11pm, then the rising sign is Capricorn!.
so on!.!.!.
