He does like to be babied, especially when he is sick!. He doesn't deny it one bit! His mom even warned me about him acting like a big baby, hahah!.

No, he doesn't!. He is quite self sufficient and takes care of himself!. I tend to try to dote on him (it's the Cancer) and while he doesn't object, I don't think it's what he prefers!. He likes to pamper me!.
