Question: How are poltergeist formed!?

Poltergiest are a type of ghost!. All ghosts are beings with an astral body (moon) but no physical body (sun or ascendant)!. They are creatures of the moon only and are therefore associated with the night when the sun is absent!.
When a person dies in an extremely unfulfilled or regretful state - or with extreme attachments of any sort to their current life, they will not be able to easily move through death and begin preparations for their next manifestation!. Usually if the attachments cause anger or enmity or jealousy they will be particularly impossible to dissolve and instead of moving to his or her next incarnation, the astral form of the person will become a ghost, and astral body only, caught between one life and the next!.
This is why ghosts and poltergeist "haunt" places - these are places, people, things associated with the attachments that made them ghosts in the first place!.
A proper funeral including cremation goes a long way to helping a poltergiest or ghost finally move forward to its next natural life!. In bad cases all the beings possessions should be burned as well!.
IMO they are NOT a physical manifestation AT ALL!. Nor are they a manifestation of your own feelings, fears, etc!. But this misconception is easy to come by, because they can affect physical manifestations through the mental realm and by thereby "possessing" people and things!. also, feelings, fears, anxieties are the true level these beings exist on!.!.!. and thus if you enter that level very deeply due to your own emotions, fears, anxieties you will perceive the multitude of them all around us!.
Nevertheless fear is not needed!. They have no true ability to harm!. Send them on their way!. Declare to them that they are wanted in the next life and they must move forward!. Invoke the name of God to disperse them forward!.
