i think it depends on how old the two are and how mature they are!. scorpios may be a little too "possessive" for the on-the-go saggi who makes friends with people of all walks of life!.!. scorpio will be jealous of the attention and affection given to the competition!.!.!.!.
in my experience, i rushed into a relationship with a saggi once and although there were parts of us that were very compatible (we could talk about life, philosophy, love!.!.!.!.anything - both intellectuals)!.!.!.!.!.he was too irresponsible and too DEFENSIVE (immature) whenever i approached him on things i considered to be practical (money, everyday responsibilities, etc!.)
scorpio is a water sign and sagittarius is fire - saggi will feel like the scorp is putting out their fire!.!.!. and scorpio will grow frustrated and tired of their eccentric behavior!.!.!.!.feeling like they always have to "give in" to the saggi's ways just to keep them happy!.
but i will say, when all is said and done!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.the saggi will miss and long for the scorpio and not the other way around!.

No, I can tell you from experience that it doesn't work out!.
Don't get me wrong - scorpio will be uncontrollably attracted to sagittarius' spark, and sag will love scorpio's sensibilities!. It IS possible to establish a long-term relationship (mine lasted for two years) but eventually sagittarius' eccentric and rebellious desires will ignite jealousy and possesiveness in scorpio (who secretly simply wants to tame wild sag)!. Eventually scorpio will wear on sagittarius' spirit; a true water sign indeed, the effect will be subtle but, over time, significant!.
In short, scorpio needs someone whom he can comfort and protect!. Sagittarius needs a partner in crime (or at least someone willing to debate) and scorpio prefers to stay home and keep thoughts to himself!. I would have to say yes and at times no!. I am scorpion and my husband is a Sagittarius!. At times we can but heads, but for the most part we agree and understand each other perspective!. Sometimes even finish each others sentence!. We been together a total of 8 years (7 yrs dating + yr of marriage)Www@Enter-QA@Com
