Question: What is the best way to calm down a stubborn, over emotional Leo woman!?
I'm a Scorpio and she is my mom is a Leo woman!. Lol!.
She is very emotional, and will always yell at people for the slightest things!. Everyone tells me that my mom should be put in therapy and that she is stupid!. I honestly do not care, I always get in arguments with my mom, and before when I try to let her speak she doesn't "speak to fix the problem" but she speaks just to insult you!. My friends have assaulted her once, I didn't care, she deserved it, and many would agree to!. So whenever she comes home from work she will take her anger by insulted me and my younger brother!. Hell my younger brother is not as mentally strong as me, he is already starting to be depressed, yet my mom say that we are better off dead because she thinks we're crazy, and that she hopes we get depressed, go to jail, or commit suicide!. She makes fun of people who commit suicide to (since childhood)!. Makes me sick!. I got in a fight just protecting her long ago, I don't care anymore!.

maybe if you don't give her the attention she wants, it will fix things in time!. leos crave attention, so if you just laugh or shrug whenever she makes those remarks, she'll feel she has no effect on you!.

next time she says something bi*chy, try to just laugh, or blankly stare and shrug!.
if someone ever treated you like that outside of your home, i'm sure you'd kick their sorry a*s!.!.but this is your mom!.!.!.so idk!.!.!.i doubt more violence will solve anything with family!.

the one thing I have learnt from seeing many people is that parents aren't necessarily nice and nor should you look up to them - instead it's more learning from their mistakes!

i have a leo mom too!.!.!. best way to calm her down is yell back make your point even when she is yelling over you and not listening, then storm off and give her the silent treatment which she loathes!.!.!. she will cool down and feel bad and try to make things right, because i storm off she feels bad and knows it was because her words were too harsh and she will calm down and try to make up!. key is stubborn scorpio (hey im stubborn as hell too) is to let her smooth things over when she calms down and not use that time to yell again and try to make your original point because it will stir things up all over again!.
