I'm not gonna lie, I ended doing that to one of my ex gf after she gave me my birthday present!. I didn't know how else to break it to her, talking to her was like talking to a Brick wall there was no real chemistry and because of that I ended up seeing someone else in whom I felt more of a connection with!.
it's a very long story but 6years later I realized I still have the birthday shirt that she gave me so then I searched for her and made amends with her!.!.!. and YES she Forgave me :)

I'm a Capricorn and I have done that, for about a whole year, maybe two I disappeared from my ex's life and when I finally worked up the courage to unblock him from my contacts, hoping that he would have moved on it turned out he hadn't and he was actually waiting for me!. I think that it depends on the circumstance!. If I were to break up with my husband I couldn't just vanish, I have a 5 year old with him!. Therefore, in a way we are tied together for life (atleast communication wise)!. However, if I wasn't married and didn't have a child!. I'm sure if I couldn't talk to him I would just go!. First, I would make the effort to try to talk to him about what was going on!. If he refused to listen then maybe I would vanish!. You are the only one who can take care of you!. I've done pretty much like this on my second relationship!. I felt that I was taken for granted and that the 'spark' is slowly dissolving!. I broke up with him by 'vanishing in his life'!. I just sent him a text saying I don't really want to be in the relationship anymore and that I'm breaking up with him!. Afterwards, I cut off the communication between us and nothing was heard from me!. I know, this is not good but I don't have the guts to tell it directly, I might 'give in'!. We still got back together after that until we mutually decided to call it off!. Seems like I just have too much pride for myself!.

I have done it before to two people!.!.!.Both had feelings for me, and tried to come on too strong, too quickly!. I let myself spend too much time with them hoping that they would view us as friends, but eventually they began coming on too strong, and I couldn't handle it!. I wanted to talk about it, but they would never bring it up, and kept pretending that we were just "hanging out"!. Eventually, I just kept making excuses not to see them, and whenever they'd call, I ignore it!. It's been years now, and there is still one that pursues me!.!.!.!.I feel a bit guilty, and would hate it if someone did the same thing to me, but I was never that close to them, and figure that they should move on!.

Yes! In fact, I never even reveal my identity or real name to anyone, I just give them my nick, I never reveal my address or ANYTHING ELSE! Because it can be used against you in the future if they turn their backs!. If someone even asks me my friend's names I will not say a thing about my friends since it isn't their business!. I have done that many times and it is even sang in anger as a joke to a few (i even moved to another country for three months and anger and hurt is what i faced during and when i came back from others especially my beloved gemini)!. But currently as of now, I yet again am currently vanishing again away from beloved gemini for a while!. If you knew the story you had understand why!. All i can say is the situation is complicated, confusing and it feels like i am going around in a circle whereas there is no result being displayed, which is making me mentally and emotionally not okay!. Further more I feel like i am not being realised, valued, appreciated and treated worthy taking into account how much i try so much to ensure that he is happy and much more!. The most painful thing is that i am currently in love with him (this ain't no simply meaningless love!.!.its deep)!. Awww so much complication in my life at the moment!.
But it is like my beloved is making it hard for me, yet it seems he does not fully know what he wants and I do not want to go back into a situation whereas he is unable to see whilst i am there!.!.as it seems the more I am there the more he takes for granted and does not appreciate!. In his head he thinks he can treat me anyway because i come around, i forgive and will understand!.!.which it is not bad, but if someone is taking something for granted and taking the piss then it becomes a bad thing!. Well currently me fading slowly is resulting in him trying to prevent it!.!.!.as it seems he pushes his cancer sign friend i get along with to keep on calling me and trust me the conversation is a dead end not much of a purpose telephone call!. His friend keeps calling me, asking me what i am doing and questioning my movements in terms of where i am!.!.then the conversation ends!. This call has been happening throughout this week and arghhhhh it makes me scream because mr!. gemini thinks he is so clever (well he is -lol) getting his cancer friend to call me and have a conversation!. If he does not realize it his friend is not doing a good job in covering up his tracks because the conversation seriously has no purpose and makes it so bait he investigating and trying to get an idea what i am doing!. I think what makes it even worse on my beloved's (mr!. gemini) part is that my sag friend said to him in a text i later found out she sent to him was -"I am going to make sure i do a good job in ensuring that D (which is me) gets over you for good and moves on!."
Mr gemini calls me days later shouting upset on the phone saying "No it has nothing do with her (my sag friend!.!.whom i later found out text without my knowing and found out what she said), it's me and you only!.!.and she should get out of my life!.!.!.it's me and you!." But i am thinking in my head he don't know what he wants because i sure don't know if it is me!.!.!.but arghhhhhhh!.

Usually i would and i think that is pissing him off because before i constantly always try with him and now i am not acting!. Since i have changed my approach i think fear, confusion, and anger is getting to him!.!.i feel sorry for pressure i sense he is giving his friend because i can sense mr gemini has put him up to it!.
