I think its more to do with spiritual death and rebirth - a transformation where you start anew as a different person and the person you were before ceases to exist, rising from the ashes like a phoenix!. To do with letting go of the past!.
I think if you dwell on the physical interpretation and fully believe it, it is more likely to turn your thoughts into reality!. (for example if you constantly believe this death of the physical body will take place in this way then eventually your subconscious may manifest it by getting you into violent situations or being careless with your safety as you cross the road!. So if you cease to worry about it, it will probably not take place in the manner you describe!.

Forget Uranus!. You say you have Sun, Mars, and Mercury in Libra in the 8th!. Do you have Pisces rising!? If so, there is nothing to worry about!. The ruler of the 1st in the 8th and the ruler of the 8th in the first were both considered indications of an early death or a violent death!. JFK had Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Sun and maybe Venus in the 8th (depending on the house system used!. That's a loaded 8th house, but the problem was not with the number of planets in the 8th; it was Mars (violence) on the 8th cusp (Placidus) in the sign of the ASC ruler and Mars detriment, and Saturn(destruction) in a mundane square to the ASC as well as a zodiacal square to the ASC that are indications of an early death and death by violence!. Saturn in Cancer (detriment) close to the MC shows the death in conjunction with career!.
