I think those with strong Neptunian influences either as a Pisces Asc, Neptune conjunct Asc, in 1st House or MC, would portray a deep sensitivity and be of a more idealistic nature than most other people!.
They are prone to viewing matters from a very subjective point of view and what is termed as the truth or objective point of view, they are prone to questioning those!. This is not a bad thing by itself for without the dreams, illsuions and deception of Neptune at times, our lives would be dull and colorless!.
