wrong! all fixed signs(scorpio, taurus, leo and aquarius) are like that because simply put, they're fixed and you can't change their minds!. Once they want something they will get it most of the time!. And btw hitler was an aries!. And it is not nessacerily wasy for these signs to make their way to the top easily since they are more introverted because of their feminime(negative) quality in the zodiac!. I don't think they're is a true or false for your question!. Simple "sun chemistry" is nice but considering other factors of a persons whole birth horoscope and the time/date things occur!.!. Capricorn I'd say is very powerful and determined!.
