i think it goes by element!.
fire: is sensitive in a "i can't believe i could be disrespected like that" way!. they hate having their pride flattened and shattered, as they are naturally confident people!. they hate being challenged in a way that makes them seem like the weak one!.
air: is sensitive in a "geez!.!.!.what's their problem" way!. they are known for being eccentric, and don't understand why everyone can't understand that!.
water: is sensitive in an emotional way!. they are deep-feeling by nature, and hate being missunderstood, even though they usually are!. they never show their true feelings, making them sensitive when their emotions get in the way!.
earth: is sensitive in a "damn!.!.!.why does the world do this to me" kind of way!. they are often pessimistic by nature(especially capricorn)!. they stress themselves out by loading extra work on themselves, and in the end, it leaves them feeling negative and unhappy

Playing with fire , you will get burnt
Drop something on cold dry earth , it will either bounce back, or just cant penetrate the surface!.
Playing with air!.!.!.!.lol, I think they dont really care as objects in air would just keep plummeting
Now with water, it is passive and receptive , you drop something in water, it penetrates and get to the bottom and the water will just embrace it forever!. But there is something about an object in water , it could never escape!.
So water is the most sensitive element, along with fire , then earth, followed by air!.
of course we know that it takes planet placements , house placements, aspects to decide one's sensitivity!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

I'd say water signs (pisces, scorpio, cancer) are the most sensitive!.
The other elements (earth, fire and air) aren't as sensitive!. Maybe Earth signs are a little more sensitive than fire and water!. Earths are realists and see things for what they are!.!. good or bad!. They are less emotional but they see the blunt reality of everythiing!.
If a person of any other sun sign has a Water sign for a Moon, they will be more sensitive!. So if a person is a Libra with a Pisces moon, they will be a lot more sensitive and emotional than most Libras!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
