Sagittarius,Aquarius,Gemini,Scorpio is noted for being extremely open minded because they prefer to learn new ideology in life instead of following ridiculous believe that don't make any sence!.
Sagittarius do it by traveling, getting more knowledge,experience and they do it more on the physical plane because they are fire sign!. They love educate people and since money is not their motivation to success they don't expect anything out of it which will make them highly noble sign if utilize the gift that they have and not end up like Britney spears!. She's kewl to be seen in a gossip magazine and music stand point but personal life comon man she can do better then Madonna if she put her mind towards it!.
Aquarius prefers to think about the future,not the past!.They want to revolutionize their ideology!. They probably want change to happen to our world and society!.They love to help everyone however they can!. They will rebel against it when their ways are not being accepted!. Commonly known as the activist of the zodiac!.

Libra is a sign of balance, they need think about everything from every side of the story and then call the shots which is why most of the time libras often seen as the smart one in school and close to being perfect when they seen flaws on others they bash them up verbally!. Libra have a downfall because when they have someone close to them, say life patner or close friend they tend to take the person idea more and they tend to get carried away with it!. In my opinion, Sagittarius and Leo are the most open minded because they love trying anything pretty much!.

I'm open minded but that's just me, I'm a Leo sun sign not all Leos are!. Narrow minded!? Well, Capricorns tend to stick to the tried and true and the traditional so maybe them, but it's just an opinion and just in general!. Depends on their mercury, moon, mars, etc!.
