Not at all!. I usually do it myself!. Saying I am a Virgo without adding Leo Asc and Moon to the mix tells you very little about me!. That goes for anyone!. If I think some other planets or aspect is important I will mention that too!.
Sometimes the asker doesn't realise something other than Sun sign might be relevent!. It is the duty of those of us who know to clue them in!. They might wonder what their Moon and Asc are what they mean!.

Ummm!.!.!.!.idk I like to see the info to me it paints a clearer picture but I do see sometimes where the person doesn't write it when it was asked for in the question and that is frustrating or some go overboard a little;-)

Lol!.!.!.Well, I am firm believer in knowing more information than the sun sign, so I don't mind at all!. Someone could list their whole chart for all I care! In fact, that would probably be more accurate!. Either way is fine!.!.!.What irritates me is when people forget to leave any information at all!.
